What it is
The commercial record: accounts, the revenue recognised against them, and an action queue for the decisions a human still has to make. Postings go to Ledger rather than to a second set of books, so the commercial view and the accounting view cannot quietly disagree; reconciliation runs on a schedule and refuses to auto-correct what it cannot prove.
