Engagements start with a scoped implementation plan: architecture review, deployment, data migration where needed and hands-on training for your team.

Documentation is part of what we deliver, not an afterthought; the aim is that your engineers can operate the system without us.

A Data Processing Agreement aligned with UK GDPR Article 28 where we process personal data, severity definitions and maintenance windows published in advance, and an exit plan agreed in the contract.

Support is provided directly by the engineers who design and build our systems; there is no tiered call centre between you and the people who can fix the problem.

Yes. Where we process personal data on your behalf we work under a signed DPA aligned with UK GDPR Article 28; the terms we offer are summarised on the DPA page and requests go to legal@rodmena.co.uk.
Yes. Customer deployments run wherever you choose, commonly your own infrastructure or UK and EU cloud regions, so the data never leaves your control in the first place.
Response and resolution targets, uptime commitments and support hours are agreed per contract so that every commitment we make is one we can keep. Severity definitions and the maintenance approach are published on the Service and SLA page.
