Modern Slavery Statement

RODMENA LIMITED (company no. 16472788) · Owner: Farshid Ashouri, Director · Adopted: 19 July 2026 · Reviewed at least annually

Our position

RODMENA LIMITED is a UK software company below the £36 million turnover threshold at which section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 requires a statement. We publish this statement voluntarily because buyers are entitled to know where we stand: we have zero tolerance for slavery, servitude, forced labour and human trafficking in any part of our business or supply chain.

Our business and supply chain

We build software in the United Kingdom. Our supply chain is short and low-risk: cloud and hosting infrastructure, software tooling and professional services, procured from established providers with their own published modern-slavery commitments. We do not manufacture, import goods, or use labour agencies.

Commitments

  • We will not knowingly work with any organisation involved in slavery or trafficking.
  • Everyone who works with us does so freely, lawfully and on fair terms.
  • When selecting suppliers, we prefer those with credible labour-standards commitments.
  • Any concern raised with us — see our Speak-Up Policy — will be investigated and acted on.

Review

This statement is approved by the Director and reviewed annually, or sooner if the shape of our business or supply chain changes.
