Whistleblowing / Speak-Up Policy

RODMENA LIMITED (company no. 16472788) · Owner: Farshid Ashouri, Director · Adopted: 19 July 2026 · Reviewed at least annually

Purpose

Anyone who works with RODMENA LIMITED — staff, contractors, suppliers or customers — should be able to raise a genuine concern about wrongdoing without fear. This includes suspected fraud, bribery, security failures, data-protection breaches, modern slavery, discrimination, or danger to health and safety.

How to raise a concern

  • Email enquiries@rodmena.co.uk marked "Speak-Up", or raise it directly with the Director.
  • Concerns can be raised confidentially; tell us if you want your identity protected and we will respect that as far as the law allows.
  • You will receive an acknowledgement, the concern will be looked into properly and proportionately, and you will be told the outcome where possible.

Protection

Retaliation against anyone who raises a concern in good faith is itself a breach of this policy and will be treated as serious misconduct. This reflects the protections of the Public Interest Disclosure Act 1998.

External routes

If you feel unable to raise a matter with us, or are dissatisfied with our response, you may contact the relevant regulator — for example the Information Commissioner's Office for data-protection matters, or Action Fraud for fraud — or seek independent advice from the whistleblowing charity Protect.

Ownership

The Director owns this policy and reviews it at least annually.
