Anti-Bribery & Fraud Policy

RODMENA LIMITED (company no. 16472788) · Owner: Farshid Ashouri, Director · Adopted: 19 July 2026 · Reviewed at least annually

Purpose

RODMENA LIMITED has zero tolerance for bribery and fraud. This policy implements our duties under the Bribery Act 2010, including the offence of failing to prevent bribery, and reflects the standards expected of suppliers to the UK public sector.

Rules

  • No one acting for the company may offer, promise, give, request or accept a bribe — money, gifts, hospitality or any advantage intended to influence a decision improperly.
  • Facilitation payments are prohibited.
  • Gifts and hospitality must be modest, transparent, and never offered or accepted where they could be seen to influence a business or procurement decision. Anything beyond a token courtesy is recorded.
  • Particular care applies to public officials: nothing of value is offered to influence the award or administration of public contracts.
  • Company records honestly reflect transactions; false or misleading records are treated as fraud.
  • Suppliers and partners are expected to uphold equivalent standards.

Reporting and consequences

Suspected bribery or fraud must be reported immediately — see our Speak-Up Policy. Reports are investigated; substantiated cases end the engagement or employment concerned and are referred to the authorities where appropriate.

Ownership
